Foliar resorption of nitrogen and phosphorus in Alcea apterocarpa (Malvaceae) in different habitats types

The study goal is to reveal foliar resorption patterns of Alcea apterocarpa populations in different habitats (riverbank, meadow and forest clearing) the Central Black Sea Region Turkey. We determined nitrogen phosphorus resorption, considering proficiency efficiency. efficiency was also calculated using mass loss correction factor (MLCF). Some studies indicated that MLCF provides unbiased values. Phosphorus proficiencies (PRP) species were intermediate level, while (NRP) complete level. efficiencies (PRE) level for all MLCF, habitat, PRE without MLCF. Nitrogen (NRE) but NRE values clearing incomplete as Green leaf N/P ratios A. higher riverbank, senescence habitat. Only, regression relationship between PRP green ratio not significant.
